May be many of you must have heard that one of our most prominent Community Members Dear Mahender and his wife Varsha Sabhnani has been arrested.  They are going to be sentenced and we all Community members trying to write a appeal to Honorable Judge to reduce the time of their sentence. Therefore, we need a help, support and most important Prayers, from all of you, with prayers miracle can happen and they do happen.  Kindly lets put our hands together and help them. Their daughter Dear Pooja Sabhnani has written following request to all of you, please go through the details and please help, each letter of yours is very valuable at this crucial time. I am also e-mailing you the copy of the letter that I have wrote and also a letters from another well-wishers. Your kind support will be highly appreciated.  You will be blessed for helping the Sabhnani family. I am always,

 Letter from Pooja Sabhnani:            January 2008 I need to ask you all a favor. You don’t have to do it if you feel you cant, but if you can, it would mean a lot to me and my family. Im sure u know of the situation going on right now with the Sabhnani Family and the criminal court case they are going through right now, and after lots and lots of attempts to set things straight and bring the truth out there, luck just hasn’t been on our side, but we have one more attempt at whatevers left. On march 28th, sadly enough, my parents, Varsha and Mahender Sabhnani are going to be sentenced. Before sentencing, the family (us) has a chance to provide the judge with letters from family, friends, relatives, anyone and everyone that knows the people that are going to be sentenced (my parents). What im asking you, is if you can, to please write a letter, addressing the judge (Judge Arthur Spatt) of the type of people my parents are, the type of family we are. This will give him an idea of who we are in general, and this will help him in deciding what kind of a sentence to give mom and dad, you may not think that ur letter will do much, but everyone has their own opinion of my mom and dad, and each owns reflection of my parents will portray them in a different light, which will be important for the judge to see. This could be a huge deciding factor for when it comes time for him to give a sentence, instead of giving them 40years, he could reduce it to say 5yrs based on the type of people they are and how the community perceives them. We are trying to get around 1,000 letters, from people around the world that know my parents, because the more we have, the better it looks. The letter could be handwritten or typed, and doesn’t have to be pages and pages long, say what u feel and be honest. This is the only real way that you could help us out right now. Like I said, if you feel u cant do, ill understand, but if you can, ill be soo grateful. We need these letters by the end of the month, please email them to me at [email protected].

The letter should be addressed to The Honorable Arthur D. Spatt, United States District Court Judge, Eastern District of New York, United States District Court, 1020 Federal Plaza, Central Islip, NY 11722.

Make sure that you sign the letter and put your address under your signature, don’t worry, the government just don’t want fake/false letters to be written.
